Customer Service Representatives

Full and part time

Responsibilities include:

ü  Answering telephone calls and email

ü  Making proactive and follow-up phone calls

ü  Entering and managing orders on the computer

ü  Preparing outbound samples for sample requests

ü  Emailing and managing proofs to customers on imprinted orders

Production and Shipping Associate

Part time

Responsibilities include:

ü  Managing inventory

ü  Packaging daily shipments

ü  Updating order status on the computer

ü  Preparing in-house products for shipment

Web and Product Graphic Design Associate

Part time and 1099

Responsibilities include:

ü  Developing internet images for new product development

ü  Preparing proofs for imprinted products
